We contacted David Washkoviak after my mom passed away to give us some advice on selling her house. We weren't sure that we were ready to list and were just looking for direction. David was extremely sensitive to our situation. He did a complete market analysis and gave us advice on what would be the best time to list the house. We listed it on a Wednesday and we had our offer within days. There were some things that had to be negotiated but David helped us through everything. We closed on the house about 6 weeks from the day we listed. It was an unbelievably smooth process! David made a very difficult time in our lives much easier. It's difficult to lose your parents and the house you grew up in. Thank God there are people like David to help you through it.
